Good value.

The staff is very attentive, responsive and seem to care about the place and the customer experience. The facilities are basic but clean and attractive.

I highly recommend it.

The stay was friend and clean. The location was good to travel though Duluth. It was a good motel and will use it next time I go to Duluth. Plus the free breakfast was great.

We'd stay here again because of it's affordable and a good value for the money and was clean.

Our room location was at the end of the hallway on the top floor and was nice and quiet. We appreciated getting a room on the top floor as we requested. The motel was quite affordable and a good "deal" during a time when it's hard to find a reasonably priced hotel. It was also pretty clean for such an older building. We loved that windows opened and we could get fresh air! Staff was friendly.

The breakfast was very limited. I understand it is hard for small motels to also include a breakfast and they did an ok job of providing at least something. I liked that the sandwiches were on croissants which are a little more tasty than baking powder biscuits. I enjoyed my muffin and glad there was some butter for it. We were awakened by garbage trucks banging around with the dumpsters, which annoyed me, but other than that it was a good value for the money. Bed was a little harder than I like as well, but "doable".

kids liked the breakfast we slept well good price. we would stay again.

with all the construction had a great location. nice helpful staff, good breakfast

musky smell in rooms and the shower wasn’t clean but we rinsed it out and it was fine! outside had a very strong smell of animals.. urine and feces.

IT wasn't fancy, it wasn't bad. it was exactly what we wanted. The staff seems to love animals.

Price, we just needed a stop and the price with breakfast was perfect, including being pet friendly.

We had a fridge that identified as a freezer and all our water. soda and a few candy bars froze over night.

Good for the value, great location and easy access to everything. Comfortable stay!

Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Plenty of clean towels and breakfast was good for what we wanted. Bed was super comfortable, slept very well.

Ice machine not on 2nd floor No elevator(I had a bad knee and we were 2nd floor)

Poor location

The room was clean.

The breakfast was mostly just junk food like muffins in a package from a store,instant oatmeal,processed food nothing healthy except for the juice.Someone broke the frame around the backdoor window which we will have to replace which will cost us extra money.I would not recommend this location as it is unsafe and the staff that checked us in acted like we were a inconvenience.

Our stay was fine. We were there to shop and we were comfortable and it was clean.

The breakfast was fine. The location was ok.

The location could have been better. It felt like we were in the industrial part of town.

Enjoyed the convenient location and clean room. Good choice for a no frills stay.

The location was very convenient - a short and easy drive to the AMSOIL arena. There was a gas station and Perkins within walking distance. Room was clean and adequately sized.

The breakfast was okay, but nothing special. There was a hot tub area, but you had to put your name on a list and take you turn. I had a second floor room and there was no elevator. Difficult for those who have a harder time getting around.

Would definitely consider another stay

Recent update on room. Fridge microwave & spa available. Location perfect for our purposes. Breakfast continental style

Overall, I would not stay here again. If I had known, I would've paid extra to sleep elsewhere.

The bed was comfortable and the location was decent.

The ventilation system wasn't working so there was no way of turning on heat or fan. The TV wasn't plugged in correctly so had to call to get that fixed. The blinds were not blocking the sunlight so it was very bright in the morning.
