This is a midpoint stop between our homes in NC and Texas that is reliable, convenient, safe, well positioned in the city location and for mid travel. It is right across the street from the Buc-ees giving additional value to the stop. There are consistently rooms available even if booking late. The pricing is consistently in our under $100 price range without the problems of most under $100 hotels. We even see patrol cars regularly making rounds around once or twice per evening.
Not too much to report. If you are trying to compare this hotel to a $150 to $250 hotel you will certainly be disappointed. Compared to other under $100 hotels it is a consistent winner.

There was no breakfast that I know of. Excellent location for our time at Leeds. We go to Barber every year and it's close to the track. Buckee's across the street for breakfast. Front desk very accomodating and gave us a ground floor room. My friend has trouble with stairs.
Bathroom a bit lacking. First night seemed like the commode was a bit slow flushing and took the shower a long time to drain. However, that problem seemed to be rectified aster the first night.

Bed was comfortable
No breakfast except coffee and a almost out of date honey bun. I am 60+ yrs old and I was made to climb stairs carrying luggage. On your booking.com site it said there was a pool. There was NO pool. It also said there was a continental breakfast and there wasn't!!! Very disappointed! This is the 3rd time that booking.com has lied. I will NOT use booking.com anymore!
