The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the view cannot be beat; the ocean is about 150' from the edge of the property and the view is amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and were able to answer all of the questions I had.
As noted in the posting, the hotel is being renovated. (This was formerly a Shilo Inn that has been vacant for years). According to the incredibly helpful desk staff, renovations have just started, which explains the extremely dated amenities of the room. The hotel is NOT ADA accessible, which wasn't listed anywhere, although the very first rooms (the first three are being renovated) will be addressing these issues.

It was okay, however the bed was uncomfortable and the room was warm. We had the fan running but that took away the sound of the ocean.
