Stunning view, Magical experience, all around a must!! This is the 3rd time we have stayed there and we absolutely love eveything about it. Clean, spacious, perfect walking distance to some shops and restaurants.
Would have been nice to have bottled water in the rooms.

I love the infinity pool and the coziness of the room.
We used to frequent this hotel and it has always been our favorite. Now the price of the rooms have increased, even on a weeknight, and service and amenities have gone down. The price no longer includes an actual hearty breakfast with room service. (Now it's less than a continental breakfast at a holiday inn) We used to be able to get even a hot chocolate packet for our kiddo and now have to pay $4 for a hot chocolate at the cafe. The Internet connection was so slow that it interrupted our show often and we just ended up turning it off. We used to be able to late check out by noon no extra cost and now its a fee. Also, the pool opens at 9, check out is 11 which barely gives you time to shower and pack in between, so we were a little bummed when we showed up in our swimwear and the staff was "getting a late start" cleaning the pool.
Overall I think it wouldn't be so bad if you didn't know what it used to be. The pool really is enjoyable and the staff is very nice it's just disappointing to see the increase in price which is already so high and the decrease in amenities.
