Front desk staff was extremely helpful, and friendly. Lobby and our room were clean and smelt pleasant. Would like to see an addition of a pantry, so we can buy things to drink and eat. Also, liked that it was nice and quiet in our room and common areas. We enjoyed our stay though and will stay there again!
Only had one Valet Luggage Carrier. Need more than just one for the lobby area.

I liked how the room had a kitchen area in it. Super convenient when you have teenagers with you. Also liked the staff, they were super sweet and helpful. Keep up the great work!

The location from the highway was easy to access as well as proximity to food, shopping ect.
I had a $25 hold to my account for 24hrs after completing my check out
There was a water leak coming from the ceiling. I chose to stay in the room but was not compensated for the issue. The room had a wet and damp smell... mold potentially..
I was going to extend my time, I went online and booked using another account for the charge, instead the hotel immediately charged my current account not realizing the extension was under a completely different card and said they were 'legally in the right' to do so. I cancelled. Lastly the pool was closed. There was no information about that until after they officially checked you in. And the pool looks like there had been no work done to it all summer. The amenities was the pool and hot tub. None were available. I stayed for 1 week no one was working on it. Just disappointed overall.
