It’s very comfortable there , I love the trail for the children to walk . They enjoyed the pool . There was a grill to cook out a fire pit for sitting by at night

There should be a jacuzzi for the adults that have been traveling and need to relax

The hotel itself was very nice. The lobby was well maintained. There was a welcome bag, coffee all day and refreshing water to drink.

The housekeeping staff was too friendly. A couple (Judy & Ted) at the front desk were very nice. The hospitality staff was not too friendly but they made sure the breakfast bar stayed well stocked. Was too busy to enjoy swimming pool.

The place was decent - the room was comfortable and I slept well there - I was actually upgrade to a much better room, so I was definitely pleased about that. The location was convenient to my purposes and I had a very pleasant stay! I'd definitely recommend this to anyone that needs to be around White Marsh / Middle River.

The breakfast wasn't amazing, although I guess I shouldn't have had crazy expectations. Other that it really was a fantastic place.

The beds were comfortable. Timothy and Asia were nice!

The outside area where the grills are located unkept. There were a lot of ants in this area. The shower wall had hair on it. I had to wipe the wall before getting in. Our stay was 9/19 - 9/20. The coffee machine not working both days. Only one elevator was working. The one that was working felt very shaky and had a loud rumbling sound when it stopped. The fruit infused water that's in the lobby was not changed out. The ice machine on the third floor did not work. For what we paid it was not worth it. I have plans to return in 2 weeks and reserved two rooms but I'm not sure if this is a good choice for my family and I to stay at this location. Great staff!
