I like that the guest wifi was strong and the room was bigger than expected. I really like that we got new towels daily and the coffee was replenished. I will definitely rebook another stay .
I don’t like that there was 2 people sitting at the bottom of the steps every day smoking , also they had their shoes off just hanging out watching their phones. It was a little awkward walking up and down the stairs with them sitting there.

Room was clean
The staff at this place is simply unbelievable. I made a reservation on booking.com, and since my wife's name wasn't explicitly on the reservation, i told her to give them the card in order to hold the room while I made a correction. I made the correction, and they told me it was taken care of. When my wife went to check out, she confirmed that the charge would not be made to my card for the first night, since the reservation covered her. When I checked my credit card and saw that the charge was still there, the staff informed me that they could not remove the charge. So, they charged my wife for the same room twice, and said it was their policy. So, one person said there was no charge, and the manager told me that there was a charge. I disputed the transaction with my credit card company.
