It was good, location has a nice selection of restaurants nearby, easy to get down to the main street

Great location and very nice and helpful front office staff

We had a room right off the elevator and it was loud when people got off the elevator talking. Our room had a small issue with cleanliness- I did not bring it to the front desk attention, just cleaned it up myself

Disappointed with the front desk service mind.

Good location

The renovated is nice but still outdated! You can see the very old dirty carpet both in the hallway and room. Bathroom is so old and tiny. Only the bed is so clean. I took a shower 20 minutes after I checked in found out they have only HOT WATER! I tried to adjust the temperature but it doesn’t work. So they sent a guy to fix it for an hour when my girlfriend took a nap with the loud fixing noise and I wanna go get some food but I wasted my time to wait until he fixed it which is fine until the last day of my stay (I stayed here for 4 nights) the check out time is 11.00 I asked the guy at front desk for late check out at 12.00 because my flight got delayed He doesn’t helpful at all just said “we can’t offer that”.

Perfect location with awesome amenities for families. We loved it here!

Loved the location! So close to a a lot of the hot food spots plus short walk to the beach. The staff is super friendly and very helpful

Did not fault like we were be taking care of until I mad a complaints

Had several issue. 1. Did not notify customer that parking garage was under construction when arrival. 2. In the Parking lot someone hit our car. 3. Manager Manny was notified and did not handle the situation properly with the car incident. 4. The drains from the living sink and bathroom sink had a back flow. 5. Had ants in the kitchen. 6. Room phone did not work. Was not a good stay.

Prima verblijf

De locatie was goed en het uitzicht was mooi. Magnetron in hotel aanwezig dit was wel fijn.

Dat er geen ontbijt beschikbaar was. Geen waterkoker in de kamer aanwezig alleen een koffiezet apparaat. We kregen op verzoek wel een waterkoker.

Exceptional!

-Everything! The room was lovely and the whole hotel decor was impeccable! Super clean (room service was really good and staff was so nice and friendly). -The hot tub downstairs by the reception was definitely a perk! -Also, amazing location! Super close to the main street full of shops and restaurants! And a 10 min walk to the beach!

I think the resort fee for what the hotel offers is a bit too high.

Perfect option for Waikiki

This hotel is a great option. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. I would stay there again.

Good location, easy to arrive.

Location is perfect! Just a couple of blocks from the beach. Close to shopping malls and many food options around. The bed super clean and comfortable. Big flat screen TV. Staff is very nice and ready to help you! It’s very easy to arrive from the airport, just take $3 bus #20.

Washroom was small (it was hard to close se door with you inside). Unfortunately, I found one hair on the handle of this door. I didn’t like the carpet because with that weather it doesn’t smell well even if it’s clean.

It was generally a good memorable experience to stay at Waikiki Malia.

It is close to the International Market Place and walking distance to Waikiki Beach. Room is clean and with a good view. Bilingual staff at front desk helps some guests.

There are only two microwave ovens for over 100 guests staying from level 6 up to level 18.

Great place to stay without breaking the bank

Nice, clean, comfortable. Good value. It wasn’t on the beach, but it was only about. 4 minute walk. Nice balcony’s with great views.

If I would have had a microwave it would have been perfect

Great location and awesome accommodations

very good location, loved having a kitchenette and bedroom with twin beds for the kids

no utensils to cook with in the kitchenette, pool closed very early

Very good price with excellent room

Bathroom might be remodeled. New, clean and modern. TV was new as well that allow me to stream video from my phone.

Excellent stay

Staff was very friendly. It was easy to ask for towels and toiletries. Hotel was clean. I liked that in room service was done daily. Pool was warm and in a shady area and not out under the sun. There was another door leading to next street. It was in the middle of Waikiki, and very close to all the stores and restaurants.

Parking structure was very tight. It was difficult to make turns going up and down the ramps. I don’t like that I have to pay extra for parking.

Within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. You could walk to beach too but it’s a little far for kids or if you’re taking towels/chairs/beach toys.

Pool is really tiny. Parking deck turns are super tight and it’s hard to maneuver a vehicle in their deck. Laundry is out in the parking deck and costs around $12 for wash & dry.

Perfect location within walking distance of everything and friendly 24hour front desk

Happy traveller

Super location sandwiched between the beach and the canal. Bus stops right outside for local travel Room was spacious with a super view from the balcony. .

The continuous requests to upgrade my room before I arrived. I ignored them and was glad I did. My room was fine as it was!

Made staff coming in when we had to do not disturb Sign on the door and insist on speaking to us Through the bathroom door while WE were taking a shower. VERY NOISY
