Quiet, comfortable stay.

Front porch seating, comfortable quiet room, nice breakfast, in-room fridge. Lots of TV channels; good lighting for reading.

Minor item: 3rd floor ice maker was broken, so had to commute to the first floor.

The breakfast was excellent! Fresh made waffles, then omelettes one day and eggs with sausage and bacon...also cereals, breads, pastries, juice, coffee, fruit, yogurt--plenty of variety for everyone!

Needs to be updated. For they price I guess a person would say okay.

Immediate attention on a late arrival. The breakfast was what we expected ... good. The staff was gracious.

The room needed to be updated with paint and pleasant air ... outdated furniture. There appeared to be a 'smoke' type smell in the room. Pillows were as if no pillow existed. For a room that was listed as for 'occupant with physical issues, the tub, shower/seating outdated. Compared to the Galena Raddison .... no comparison.

Never again

Absolutely will never go back there. We immediately left and booked a different hotel.

Drug addicts wandering the halls and hanging around front desk. Dirty room that smelled off.

Good

The staff was respectable. Check-in and check-out went well. It was clean and the lobby and elevator were more sanitary than most places.

Our room did not get cleaned the day after check-in. and it smelled like cigarette smoke. there were food particles on the table and it wasn't vacuumed thoroughly. There was hair in the tub. No big deal just an oversight.

My stay was great until breakfast.

The lady in the kitchen kept complaining that she had to refill food that was gone. Everytime she walked out. Also, when I first walked down the stairs she was talking to the front desk lady and she said “ ughhh.. annoying kids already. It is too early. “ I thought it was very disrespectful.

Other than the bugs in the bathroom, it was nice

Room size was great.

There were bugs flying & crawling out of the bathroom sink. Also, the 19" TV was very small & hard to see.

Location convenient to both towns I was visiting. Workout room nice.

I've come here often over several years. Seems to be getting progressively shabby. Could smell smoke as I walked thru my door. Other patrons drinking beer out if the back of their truck under my window. Pool and spa seems perpetually closed. Breakfast keeps getting worse in terms of options and quality.

Value was low.

Breakfast was good. It included protein in a comfortable location.

The back door on the NW corner of the building did not close. That means that the security of the building was compromised 24/7. The lack of alert staff leaves the main entrance without security as well. The electrical outlets for the tv, microwave, and mini-fridge were non-functional. The indoor pool was drained and out of service until further notice because they were awaiting the delivery of a part. Security and pool fun were missing from an otherwise nice hotel. Our room door did not close and had to be pulled/pushed shut. Hotel still charged full price for seriously reduced value!

Breakfast was ok. The staff was not overly friendly. The Hot Tub did not work properly.

Probably not a repeat.

Pool was not available half the time then when it was there was so much chlorine it literally bleached our suits. . Had several nights that people and kids were running and screaming till 3:30 in the morning multiple nights.
