The property was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. I was glad to see the room floors were updated no carpet. I think the hotel needs to get rid of the carpet in the hallways as they’re dirty and smells. This made me concerned about the room until we opened the door to find the floors were laminated. The bathroom lighting isn’t bright at all. The lighting comes from around the mirror.
The hallway flooring needs updating and better bathroom lighting.

I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When we went up to the room, it was 1 bed and a fold out sofa. We went back to the front desk to get the appropriate room I had reserved but was told they have none available. The lady said that the reservation placed by Bookings was for the room we got and I commented that it was not and showed her my confirmation from Booking. So we were stuck with that room. So apparently after I made my reservation Booking must have entered a single bed. So I believe it was a Booking error on your part.
The bed situation plus the room was a handicap room and the shower head was too low plus we had no regular coffee in the room.
