I have stayed at other days inn with much joy, I will never book a days inn again without going and

Cereal and toast with skim milk is not a breakfast. The manager Pawa was rude. The rooms smokey smelling, the music in the conference room went on till 2 am the first night. The 2nd night only till 11pm. On arrive there was a room across the hall from our kids room that had 2 bags of trash in the hall. We moved the kids to our room as the guy across the hall keep trying to interact with them.

Given us connecting rooms as requested. Or let us know we needed to seek other accommodation. Pick up the trash in the hall. Wifi only worked on 1st floor, we where on the 2nd floor..

I regret not reading the negative comments before checking in. Terrible experience. I will not stay here again, and will stay away from Days Inn in general.

Nice hotel. A bit too pricey, but, will stay again.

Location in proximity to the freeway.

There were no handicap parking spots. There were a couple of unhoused people hanging around a few feet down from the entrance. The fountain drink station was broken & we never did find the snack area that was supposed to be near our room.

Better to avoid and look for better accomodation.

The only budget option available at the time of booking.

Breakfast was joke. Nobody had breakfast. The food was left out. The condition of the room was in dire need of TLC. The wifi did not work. Front desk staff was unhelpful.

I'm a fairly tolerant person but these rooms were gross and disgusting.

location, front staff were lovely

first room - stuck to high hell. The cleaning solution was covering up puke and smoke. It was gross. There were ants crawling all over the bathroom. The clock radio had it's chord ripped out. The plugs were grossly dirty, the walls behind anything to get to the chords were grossly dirty. The fridge and microwave didn't work. I actually didn't want any of my clothes or body touching anything in there. second room - The staff did manage to get me another room -- which I think they kicked someone out because there was black hair all over the bathroom floor and tub. I'm hoping the sheets were clean.

The manager on duty was extremely rude. She even charged my card on file without my consent. Her name is Rewah. When I asked for my refund she even told me to go somewhere else. Never come back

The bathroom faucet slid all over when trying to turn it on. Very old musky smell. Felt like sitting on the floor when using the toilet. Not knowing the area it was a little hard to find.. The restaurant makes it hard to see.

Smelly hallways

The bed was comfortable enough

The hallway smelled like wet dog and urine. Breakfast was toast and a bowl of cereal and questionable milk.. Will never stay there again and wish I could get a refund or at least a partial refund

A self-contained slum! Don't even consider it!

Everything. There was nothing to like about it. We left ten minutes after checking in. Went somewhere else. The whole building smelled terrible. The beds were hard and lumpy. Drug dealer working at the front door.

Disappointing

Centrally located for what i needed to do. It was cheaper than anything else

It was dirty inside and out. Front desk clerk was wearing a dirty "Hang Ten" T shirt. Room was so so." Laundry grey" sheets, cheap light weight towels. No clock . Broken latch on the window Dirty carpet. The worst one is !!! They not only charge your card for your room but they also charge you $100 , refundable in a couple of days. as a security deposit. I have never seen that before and I travel a lot. Think if you were using a debit card and running on a tight budget. You just lost the use of $100 until the refund hit. The place smelled badly of cigarettes. .Breakfast is a joke. Cold cereal ,stale toast and a single coffee pot that was empty 2 of the 3 times I went down to get some. I am surprised it is allowed to operate under the Days Inn name

absolutely disgusting. I was in an ant infested room that wreaked of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The staff was rude, didn’t care, and acted as is there was nothing they could do! they just made excuses and put their hands up in the air. The room itself didn’t just sink from cigarette smoke, it stunk as it was not clean. when I pushed back when they said they couldn’t do anything they said they would talk to the manager. No one followed up and they continue to ignore my messages.

A real dump.

Pretty sad for the most part. The owners aren't spending money on the facility and it shows. Most areas need paint and the entire facility shows age and wear. A big complaint is being unable to enter from the the other outside doors. The door handles are gone with signs on the inside warning that propping the door open will result in loss of deposit. Multiple loads to my car which is literally 15 ft from my room would result in walking an extra 400 ft instead of 15 ft because I can't enter back in. All in all pretty sad place with homeless milling around outside the facility.

the smell, the hallway smells like a weed, it stinks and the breakfast has very limited choices - just bread, cereals and instant Quaker Oats. Drinks for breakfast are only hot water, coffee and there’s a juice dispenser is not working. Cereals is offered for breakfast but one day no milk and no staff to help out.
