Unfortunate

Looked nice on the outside

People were smoking weed right outside in the parking lot . My sheets smelled like B.O. I ended up getting a stye in my eye from that place. The hotel manager at the desk said I checked out when I had not, so when I returned from breakfast they had locked me out of the room.

Overall it’s not bad. Breakfast was great and the staff are friendly. For the price and the location it’s not bad.

Looks like it could use some renovation. It’s not horrible but it’s not super great. When we first checked in and headed to the elevator the first thing we saw was a big ass cockroach on the wall. We killed it right away. We waited to see how the room looked before deciding to leave instead. Luckily the room was clean so we dealt with it. Other than that the elevator could use some remodeling and an update to the hotel. But overall that was about it.

It was more like a rental ... Shower damaged, had a lot of hair in shower drain, rugs dirty. Hotel needs to be tore down and rebuilded. Pool water cloudy

Everything was great. great location. would recommend the stay.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Someone from the front desk came up to provide assistance with the tv. We preferred no daily cleaning. Housekeeper still inquired if we need more clean towels, etc.

if indoor pool water was a little warmer, i would have took a dip. fitness room needed sanitizer wipes to clean after use of each machine.

The pictures and services posted on the web did not match with the real experience.

The location

The cleaning service was not complete. They only took out the trash, but never made the beds or did any other cleaning during my 3-day stay. The AC was terrible, especially during the night. It was most of the time off, and the thermostat of the unit didn’t work. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Pretty old! Lastly, the pool was not available.

Almost the perfect getaway

It was close to everything & the way the rooms were set up was nice. Also, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and nice.

The breakfast was horrible. They didn't have hot chocolate, ran out of bananas , & some of the food was too salty. Pool was closed & my party had about 7 rooms or suites. We only chose this location bcuz of pool, which was only opened 1 day during our whole 3 day weekend stay.

you have too many other choices available to you, don’t stay here. I will never stay here again.

honestly, nothing about this property was welcoming in any way. the clerk that checked me in lacked any kind of friendliness, welcoming or hospitality of any kind.

among the highest price hotel, and its class. Don’t expect to get extra value for the price you pay for a room.

this property is very convenient to the airport and other amenities in the area. The rooms are comfortable, but for the price you pay, they better be.

The reason we stayed at this property is because they had a indoor pool. The pool was out of order during our stay. I did email the staff to ask if the pool was in working order but got no answer. We were short on options and had no choice but to stay here.

Great location to restaurants, shopping. Super,very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, smell really good, it was the Thanksgiving holiday, so the lobby was decorated really beautifully. Easy fast check in and out. Front Desk clerks were very nice and courteous. Good parking. Clean large room. Comfortable bed.soft pillows, clean bathroom, very hot water. Soft bathroom towels.

One small elevator. I had trouble with my room key,so the front desk clerk, reprogram it. Every time I left my room and returned, I had trouble with my card key, but I figured it out..lol.The holiday fragrance in the lobby was strong, but smell really good, but it bothered my Mother's sinuses (allergies). I would preferred more seating in the room, it was only 1 desk chair.

I don’t know if this was an isolated situation but I did not feel comfortable as previously. The metal on the headboard was showing. The freezer was not defrost and the fridge was not cooling enough. They were obvious patches on the wall heading to the bathroom

no blankets on the beds, no cleaning service and when we asked for extra blankets we were told we needed to come and get them from the front desk. I guess their housekeeping department was on vacation.

Will definately stay here again if we are ever in the area again.

Our room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Our cruise ship came to port that morning and I knew we couldn't check in until 4pm but the lady at the front desk let us know as soon as our room was clean and let us check in a little early. All the employees we encountered were very friendly. They even provided a shuttle to the airport for us.

Overpriced and poor quality

When I went to check in no one was to be found. It took almost 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Room had mold in bathroom, stains on carpet and covered up hole in the wall. If I didn't already prepay and had transportation I would have checked out
