Berlin Resort

We liked the spa tub in our bathroom , pool and hot tub , the grounds were pretty and we enjoyed feeding the koi fish 🙂 We enjoyed the private patio connected to our room and the fire pit area was very pretty. There were alot of things to do , indoor basketball , cornhole , walking paths , movies on the lawn , they had a food truck in the lot for movie night , very family friendly but wonderful for couples as well. The pool opens at 5am which is awesome , my husband and I had it all to ourselves at 5:30am 🙂 The resort was quiet , very peaceful and relaxing , breakfast was standard , employees friendly.

Nothing spoiled our time and we plan on returning every year for our anniversary , however there were a few things we didn't like. Mainly the bed! It was way too firm and we didn't sleep well , at home our bed is super soft 😂 I know preference varies however there has to be a balance , this bed had zero give , much like a board 👎 We plan to upgrade to a King Suite next year , hoping the bed is a little softer 🙂 The water was super hot for the shower and bath , which we enjoyed , just something to be aware of for people with children. The resort does show some wear , chipped paint , some stains in the hallway carpet , little things like that.

I loved the theatre, the outdoor settings, and the free slushes.

The air conditioner in my room did not work at all. I feel like it actually made it warmer trying to run it. None of the cooling settings worked

Good variety of activities for everyone

Best breakfast bar I've ever had! Everyone very kind and helpful.
