Location, Staff, Comfort, Security. I'll stay there again. The mini-breakfast was perfect. Coffee, rolls, and cereal - what more do you need?
Promised daily that the laundry room would be available to use, but alas, t'was not to be. A daily disappointment for 9 days straight. Also, loud bang in elevator as it passes the second floor it more than unsettling.

Decent price, nice layout. Good location.
Oven and stove didn’t work. Absolutely nothing in it to make you feel like it’s homey. Fire alarm hanging by thread off wall. Old muck and stuff on kitchen. Toilet didn’t want to flush. Shower hard to find hot water. No extra pillows or blankets for sofa bed. Laundry facilities out of order. Felt like fleas in room.
