The gentleman at check-in was fantastic. We requested an extra pillow he delivered within minutes. Recommended restaurant, which we enjoyed very much…
The pillows are not firm enough. Always have to request an extra one. I’m not crazy about pets being close by when they bark and whine a lot…walking down the hall to elevator they start barking through the door..

The new shampoo, conditioner,body wash, and lotion containers. The super clean room!
Why wants there a soap dispenser? The room didn't get as cold as I would have liked.

Place is in area of great location with friendly people breakfast was normal make your on waffles and eggs coffee was good and cookies a plus
After getting in our hot tub we turned it on and a clump of hair came floating up. We cringe a little for how much there was. We showered after just because but after we got in bed the wife noticed more hair in the sheets as well so not sure how clean room was after last time it was used!
