The breakfast was excellent, but it was in the basement

the air conditioning was very noisy

The location was nice.

The floors were very sticky. Although the staff mopped them at my request, they remained sticky, possibly due to humidity or moisture seeping through the floor. Miranda at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. I was traveling with a two-month-old baby and repeatedly requested a noon checkout instead of 11 a.m., but she was unwilling to accommodate or properly process my request. I have stayed at this hotel before and had no complaints, but unfortunately, this visit did not meet my expectations. On a positive note, the breakfast—especially the coffee machine—was good, and the location was convenient.

Breakfast offered was very good with many options.. Area was kept very clean with ample seating and food choices well stocked. Staff pleasant at front desk and helpful. Quiet environment for a restful night’s sleep.

Our only problem was that our room was not serviced our last day when we extended our stay by one day. When we questioned housekeeping staff they said they didn’t have time.

Location was great.

The AC was so noisy that I couldn't fall asleep. The toilet was clogged but it was too late to ask for help. Their system showed our room as empty so someone tried to enter early in the morning but we had the blocker so they didn't get all the way in. They said they might issue us a credit but I never heard back about that.
