There was a child running back and forth after 11pm. Couldn't call the receptionist. The phone was out of service

It was the lowest priced option around on an emergency stay over.
Floors were dirty, used a towel to move around the room. Toilet had a nasty black ring inside of it. Parking lot was kind of dark for an open air hotel.
