Friendly courteous staff.
Slight Dog odor when a/c unit came on! My relatives staying on the same floor had horrible Dog odor in their room & had to take allergy medication the whole stay! Are there hotels that DO NOT allow pets? It’s getting so hard to find!

Very clean, friendly and accommodating place to stay. Comfy beds and nce atmosphere.
Room layout was slightly strange with the sofa bed.

The lady who was doing the breakfast was very nice and did great service. Breakfast was good
The bed was horrible!! Really bad sink hole. We drove 7 hours the day we stayed and had to get up and drive 10. Got no sleep . Absolutely worse bed i have sleep in. And told the front desk lady and she didn’t really acknowledge issue.
