I depended on them quite frequently and they became a very comfortable place for me to rest.

the staff at the front desk were nice and helpful, especially the evening staff and morning. Also Mike the room attendant was very nice and helpful with a great attitude. The manager knows how to greet with a small and Christina is very knowledgeable at her job.

nothing really, for the price and market, I believe they do a great job at keeping up with demand.

The staff was friendly and called to confirm our reservation.

The building and rooms had a musty smoke smell. As soon as we opened the door into the hallway from the reception area the smell just hit you. Even though we requested non-smoking rooms the smell was pretty strong in the room as well. One of the bed spreads had a cigarette burn on it. We checked in after 10pm and were so tired.

Bad

The motel is for long term stay, therefore they’re people hanging out in the halls and on the property. I went up to the assigned room and was met by a large dogs and cat calls from a group of guys hanging out in the hall 2 doors from my room. The room was dirty and the tub was stained and dirty. I felt so unsafe that I didn’t stay in the room 5 minutes. I took the elevator back to the first floor,told the clerk I couldn’t stay there because I felt very unsafe and the room was dirty. I asked for a refund. The 142 that charged on my card was supposed to be returned but I don’t see it yet. The manager refused to return 192 I paid in cash on site. I didn’t stay in that room but 5 minutes. Please don’t recommend this motel to anyone.

picnic tables, elevators , they let us check in early

mattress on bed moved around, phone had no cord, smoke alarm was beeping (both of these were fixed promptly)

Exceptional

The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make a bad experience at a different top of the line hotel better. My son and I were so happy that they were so friendly and got us a room with 2 beds.

Nothing much to like

The motel was broke, I don't know how else to explain it. We were put on the third floor and told the elevator was broke as soon as we got there. We booked the room with the understanding that there was a fridge and a microwave in the room, which there was but neither of them worked. We bought drinks for the room so we went down to the ice machine to get some ice and that too was broke and not working. For the first time using booking.com I was very disappointed that the site did not know much about the motel it was advertising, I do not think I will be using this site in the future.

Easy in and out. convenient location for what we were in town for

Not enough parking, room was too small. Our room did not get cleaned nor did they come in to make our bed or provide us with clean towels.

Ruff night sleep

Room was clean front desk staff was nice

The room was smaller than described. The bed might be on a queen bed platform, but it is no queen, at best, maybe a double or full, but no queen! The mattress was so ruff and springy that I believe I was only able to get a few hours of sleep. I woke up hurting the next morning. The ice machine on my floor did not work. I had to go to a different floor. Found a sticker in my towel. Along with asking for an extra pillow they did not have any.

Ok for a required stay while my AC unit at my home was being reapired.

Room was clean and AC worked really well.

Dining table had microve sitting on it which didn't give any room to eat or work from. TV channel guide showed channels that didn't actually work. The shower head on/off knob was broken off and sitting on the side of the tub. The tub/shower smelled like mold/mildew. Multiple guests had dogs that would be barking at time.

Disappointing

No breakfast was offered

Asked for a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke. The whole hallway was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. The house keeper opened our door, she didn't knock or announced herself

Overall, a pleasant bargain.

Clean and quiet.

The property has apparently been remodeled recently. The result was very attractive and modern but marred by small issues like badly rusted screws attaching the plate covering an electric outlet.
