Ovell all nice quiet night.

The room was comfortable.

Coffee wasn't available early. When I did get some coffee I had alot of grounds in my cup. Sat night I tried to enter from the side door, it wouldn't work even with my card, I shared with the front desk and he just shrugged his shoulders and said it works sometime. (well get maintenance to fix it). could do with some overall updates. Need to do some updates to the rooms. Would have liked to have had coffee in the room

Great place to stay!

Everything was great from the clean and comfortable room and the amazing and helpful staff! The rooms were very clean, the bed very clean and comfortable, we loved that we were able to make dinner in the little kitchen and the sweet women running the counter that night was so helpful and provided us with some dishes and cookware. We would absolutely stay here again, especially for the great value!

The only disappointment was that we were not able to go swimming.

Location

The room wasn't clean the bed sheets had a really strong smell of urine. The pool was nasty all green on the bottom it seems that they haven't cleaned for months. For breakfast what a breakfast they tell you they give it from 6 to 9 am and they only have a coffee station and oatmeal.

Not good enough for me

The space was ok wasn't to small

Broken mugs in parking area everywhere! First room had lots of hair in the bed , front desk did not care at all , changed rooms still had hair in tub and toilet ! Bed was horrible pillows super flat , definitely not a queen more like a small Full … pool green as grass just nasty ! Weird smell through the whole place !! Price decent but never again will I stay here !! But if u need cheaper and have to it will do :(

Exceptional

Staff is friendly and helpful

Price could be a little cheaper like other extended stay Americas but it's really a all around great facility

Poor

There were burned holes in the carpet, I had to kill a water roach (when we first walked in), it smelled weird, the shower curtain was to short which caused water to get on the floor. For breakfast there was just packaged oatmeal, two kinds of stale muffins, and coffee.

Very good

Sulma was absolutely amazing, helpful and knowledgeable!

Our room was great, but the wall seemed to have water underneath, and the floorboards was a bit under maintained.

Hotel staff were friendly. Rooms were cleaned and spacious. Bed was comfortable.

Wifi didn't have a good signal strength.

will not stay here again

the room had roaches and when I got there they did not have all the rooms that i reserved and no one notify me till I was about to check in and had to find rooms at the last minute because they over booked the rooms.

The shower was dirty and the sink in the bathroom was dirty so more cleanliness.

We were put into a room that I did not book for. I booked for two queen beds and was placed into a room with one queen bed. The room smelt like smoke and it was a nonsmoking room. The front desk person gave us a different room with two queen beds. Also, there was suppose to be a breakfast. There was no breakfast at all.
