I liked the staff lady who received me at the reception, she was patient and kind , I liked room it was clean, quiet place, secure and convenient

Love the convenience of the area, the parking, the room and it had everything i needed, the staff were friendly and helpful, no smokers, room was cozy, the bed and pillows didn't smell. I slept wonderfully.
I wished the treadmill was functioning as there was only one in the fitness center but it was out of order.

Decent price. They seem to be renovating. Full size fridge. I was looking forward to cooking .
Elevator dirty (not cleaned on 2nd day too), work out was 2 equipment 1 broken, lacked amenities stated.
1st room: cabinet surfaces were peeled off, the shower collar was off exposing a hole, the kitchen stovetop was completely rusted. Changed room.
2nd room: mostly renovated - why not put me there first (I hate being played with), flooring not as pictured -all LVP, mold along tub, spider in bathroom, stove top rusted out, smoke detector gone, holes in screen. The sofa was clean but crazy hard.
Parking: lots of blue collar workers were there with large trucks - my SUV received a door bang which hit the side mirror vs the door. They place your room number on the car hang tag (they tow)- that’s a safety issue because some guests looked sketchy. They could easily identify you and go to your room. To my point, when I left I noticed a bent screen in a 1st floor room.
I cut my stay short.
