Location and cleanliness!
Iām handicapped.
The manager would not let me in early so that my grandson (entering Oswego SUNY) could help us move in.
When we arrived the desk clerk was helpful.

The location on the lake.
Thought for the price that would be a bit more updated and the area where breakfast was served was rather small.

The view and jacuzzi
I found multiple dirty areas within my room. I pulled out the couch and it looked like the same blankets were used by someone else. There was even a spider on my bed. I asked for connected rooms, online it said yes and when we got there it was a no. She was confused and said I had a king bed and a queen bed which I did not. The parking lot was not plowed at all and it was hard to get in and out of our vehicle with a disabled person. The elevator did not work also which with a disabled person was unacceptable. I waited over 30 minutes to check in. Plus the pool gave my son an allergic reaction because there was so much chlorine.
