This was our fourth time staying on this property. We like the location, we also like that it has an outdoor pool and a inside pool with a hot tub. The grounds are pretty. The staff is very friendly, everyone seems happy to work there. They offer a free breakfast and have coffee all day. My only complaint is the decor of the hotel is quite dated. The room’s definitely need to be refurbished,

Room smelled a little smokey and the colors were a little dated and felt like grandma's house. Later I realized that for this location, that's mostly what was staying there

Staff was very nice, some much more friendly then others but overall any contact with staff was positive. The hotel is very clean the staff does a fantastic job keeping the rooms clean as well as common areas. Rooms are spacious.
The only thing I did not care for were the pillows and bed. I’ve slept on much better, but I’ve slept on worse.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Laundry service was good.
Furniture was old. Requested a handicap bathroom with a walk-in shower. Nothing available so my mother had to take a sponge bath.

It was one of the only hotels around so thats why they are still in business
The breakfast was terrible. The pool was super small. The staff was horrible ESPECIALLY the breakfast crew. And these beds are the worst!! I would have been better off sleeping on the coffee table. Hope I don't go back to the area and have to stay here again.

Breakfast was really good, nice selection of foods, and was maintained all morning. Location was near where we wanted to be. Will stay again.
Very minor, but toilet paper dispenser was to the back of the toilet, very inconvenient. We took the roll off.

The room was very clean and the pillows and bed were comfortable. Fresh, clean smell throughout the hotel and rooms. Great breakfast options. Helpful and friendly staff.

The hot tub was nice to get into after a long day of touring.
The shower head was a bit low. My husband and I had to duck under it, making it an uncomfortable position under the water. I'm 5'7" and he is 5'9".
