Séjour d’une seule nuit à 5 bien dans l’ensemble

Établissement bien placé à 5mn de l’aéroport. Possibilité de se restaurer a proximité. Très bon accueil le réceptionniste a répondu à toutes nos.demandes (changement de chambre, arrivée avant l’heure de mise a disposition, bagagerie….) Café fourni le matin, navette à l’heure.

Confort du lit craquement, matelas inconfortable, beaucoup de bruit venant des chambres à l’étage

My 2nd Stay at The Miami Princess Hotel and would not hesitate to go back again!!!

We just needed a place to stay for a day until we boarded our cruise ship. The Miami Princess was perfect. The price was great. There was great food nearby at Catch of the Day and The Latin Cafe. And the staff goes out of there way to help you with anything you might need!!!

Time to update the mattresses to something more comfortable

Very good

Over all was alright to stay for just one night and we were able to leave the car parked there for $10 a day while on our 5 day cruise.

Poor

Did not have breakfast there. Good location, close to a good restaurant and a liquor/wine store. We took an Uber to the Port of Miami the next morning.

My sister in law said that there were ‘hairs’ in their room’s bathtub ,,,, Not good !!!!! The lobby area was somewhat dark. I was told weeks before showing up that there was a ‘Shuttle Service’ provided by the hotel to and from the Miami International Airport. When we arrived and called the hotel we were directed to take a taxi or an Uber and they would reimburse us - Why was this not mentioned in my earlier call to them ? Did not even see a bar of soap in the bathroom ? Obviously, the price was somewhat reasonable being close to the airport but hopefully you will do something about what I have stated above as shortcomings based on our experience. Richard Darisse

it was basic and did not even include a complimentary bottle of water or kettle badly lit ,awkward location of plugs . it was clean but needs some TLC upgrading

Relatively cheap hotel... But you get what you pay for.

The location and the price were solid. It was close to the airport. We had no problem getting in contact with the shuttle. We just needed to call the hotel and someone came and picked us up.

The whole room smelled like smoke. I probably could have expected that, but it was very strong. There were even ash burns on the covers of the bed. Plus there was only one light that wasn't red. And there were mirrors everywhere in the room..

Very good

I thought the location was good. There were nearby restaurants. I appreciated that you were able to put our luggage in a locked room because we had arrived so very early.

I was disappointed that our friends' room on the same floor was not up to the same standard as ours.

It was an affordable place to stay comfortably for a couple nights.

The price and location were good, and the space of the room and TV were nice

It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room, and the hotel could use a business center. The hot water took a while to work, but all of these dislikes are relatively minor.

No closet did call to see if I wanted to be upstairs and I had surgery I asked for my room to be cleaned while I was gone they didn’t clean it and they wanted me to get out of bed to clean it after I had my surgery and also the maids didn’t speak English at all we had to change our own bed the bathroom had blood on the also the bed from my surgery I felt that they didn’t care about my situation at all

Don’t stay here!

The location

Our bed smelled like cigarette smoke. Our room was visible from the front desk- noisy all night. The rooms don’t appear to have been updated since the ‘60’s. There was a liquor and cigarette “store” behind the front desk. It was overall scarry!

WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN

Bed was comfortable

WiFi barely worked on 3rd floor. Asked to be moved but it didn’t happen. People were outside early in the morning very loud. I traveled alone and didn’t feel safe. No microwave or refrigerator in rooms. Room was nasty and outdated.

Worst hotel experience!

This was by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. For the excessive pricing that I was charged for 2 nights I expected better quality but all I got was a sticky tile hotel floor, white stains on both the curtains and the couch, and loud music from their long stay occupants. It was the worst vacation experience and I want to get my money back for the lackluster service. It did not meet my expectations in any shape or form.

The cleaning staff was nice. They were also very helpful.

First day of check in. The bathroom wasn't cleaned. Front desk had to send someone down to clean it. The bed kept falling down to the floor. Had to keep calling front desk to come down and twist the frame back in the center of the bed. Guest were doing too much talking throughout the night 3/4 in the morning. I could barely sleep.
