A frustrating and disappointing stay filled with misleading accommodations, cleanliness and plumbing

The view is nice, but that’s from God, not the owners of this place.

Extremely disappointing experience. The property was outdated and dirty, with pet hair throughout the carpet. On our first day, we even passed Room 15 with the door wide open, full of dead animals, skulls, and taxidermy. We extended our stay based on Booking.com photos showing a couch, back door, and view, but were given a completely different room. Management blamed the inaccurate photos on Booking.com. That room then developed a horrible sewer smell and plumbing issues, forcing us to move again. We received no housekeeping, fresh towels, coffee, or accommodations, and getting our promised refund for leaving early became a headache. I still have not received it. To top it off, we cleaned up, removed our trash, and the housekeeper personally thanked us and said the room looked good. Hours later, management accused us of leaving a huge mess and told us we weren’t allowed back. Between the cleanliness, misleading listing, sewer smell, refund issues, and treatment afterward, we wouldn’t return anyway.

Price and location

I requested handicap accessible bathroom, received an email that they had, but not assigned that room. No staff available to discuss and didn’t want to move my spouse who his handicap just more hassle.
