It was good over all!

It was in a great location, clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The bathroom need some work. Spackled holes not painted. The door you pull and the bottom half pulls apart. This could use some updated stuff. Hot tub in the corner would have been nice too.

the rooms I booked vs what they said I booked didn’t match. so one of my rooms was much smaller than the other and they couldn’t fulfill my second room with that I booked/paid for. they haven’t resolved the price difference yet!

We would stay here again, if in the area.

From the highway that “we” were traveling, we had to drive a extra 8 miles to get to the hotel, but that’s my fault. It was late, and we were tired. It was worth it, though. Comfy beds, nice room. We wish breakfast was served about an hour later than it is.

Breakfast time cuts off too early, in our opinion.

Couldn't stay because "corporate" cancelled our reservation.

"Corporate" cancelled our reservation. There were no open hotels in Ft. Dodge once we found out. We had driven 90 minutes to stay overnight so my daughter could take the ACT early the next morning. We had to drive back home and reschedule the ACT. The front desk person told me that was the third time it happened that day.

I will stay probably stay there again because of the location, but upgrade security please.

The breakfast was excellent! The food was hot, and I didn't have to make most items myself (waffles and pancakes). The bed was comfortable, and the bathtub/shower was not slippery. The hotel was also well located, so it was easy to get to my destination (off Highway 7).

The doors to the parking lot were not locked from the outside, so anyone could access the hotel from the outside without being a guest or having to pass through the reception area. The doors should have been unlocked with a room key. I was alone, and I did not feel safe because of this situation. My guestroom was clean, but the halls needed to be vacuumed.

In need of a serious make over.

The breakfast was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful if you could find them. The bed was comfortable. The ice was frozen. There were enough pillows. The air conditioning worked well. Plenty of parking.

Our tiny room was crammed with too much furniture for its size. The room was dark. There were far too few electrical plug-ins. We stayed for 4 days and not only did no-one clean the room, there was nowhere/no-one to pick up the trash from our room. The mirror in the bathroom is so far set back away from the sink that you can't get close enough to shave, apply makeup, etc. The facility ran out of towels. We had to use pool towels which were small and scratchy. The water pressure in the shower was bad due to a clogged shower head. The aerator in the bathroom sink was shot so water sprayed everywhere but where you needed it. I would have like to have a channel line-up for the television. I'm not sure who provides TV service, but it was awful and finding a specific channel was difficult. This facility was vastly overpriced and not at all a good value. We would have changed hotels but our payment was non-refundable. Now I know why.

Convenient, comfortable accommodations with friendly, helpful staff.

Nice variety of foods offered. Hot foods were good and hot. Cold foods were cold as they should be.

Truck traffic going past at night was loud at times. No other problems.

I love the bathroom the most, the shower was amazing

I wanted my refund back when I asked since my room was leaking water into the door way the whole night and the last said she'd talk to her manager at 7am but she never did

The property was fine I was just a little disappointed that after I booked we arrived and were told we weren’t allowed to stay there because we were from the same town. I had already spoken to a woman and confirmed I was not just having a pool party and told the gentleman at the desk this information so he “let it slide basically

Breakfast good. The rest...BAD!

The breakfast was the best part of the stay. They had hot, buffet style items, a waffle maker, cereals, breads and more. Juice, coffee, milk, and hot cocoa were also available.

I was EXTREMELY surprised that we didn't have service in our room once while we were there. The beds were never made. The garbage wasn't taken out. The towels were only refreshed once because I had to call and ask. The housekeepers were no where to be found. I would have given a much better review if they cared to provide us with any sort of service.
