The staff at this property is amazing. I stayed here extended between living situations and the entire staff and location made it feel like home. Always clean and accommodating.

Took all or luggage to the 2nd floor only to find the room had not been cleaned. Haver us another room on the 3rd floor. Difficult to do when you have a handicapped kid.
The luggage carts were impossible to maneuver. 1 had rails not attached the other had wheels that wouldn't roll easily. Not a great experience.
