It was quiet, well located, comfortable , and staff were very helpful.
The carpeting is in serious need of replacing. It is old and well worn. Its condition detracted from the overall appearance

Beds and pillows very comfortable. Ac blowing cold. Back door bar and steakhouse was a nice surprise. Good food was had by all.

The breakfast was simple, a lower end traditional Hotel breakfast.
The Hotel needs some TLC. The carpets are rather dirty and all flooring is quite old. Much of the hotel needs updated. The toilet was a bit wobbly. It was quite overpriced for the night. We understand the price was raised because it was the Dino Soar Festival.
