Not the best

The staff was very friendly and helpful

When we arrived (740pm) we were greeted by friendly staff. We put our things in the room and left to get food and go to the casino. Upon arriving back at the hotel (1130pm) we had the chance to look around and could see bed bugs. They were all over the bed! We immediately went to the front desk. The woman there was very helpful. She got us another room but we had to put our belongings in bags and wash all of our clothes first thing in the morning so our day was spent doing laundry and unable to go anywhere until it was done. The whole experience was terrible and it was an inconvenience. We couldn’t go anywhere. Will never stay in another extended stay again.

Not a good experience

The place was nice but I had too many weird experiences

The male staff would call my room late at night when i would check in alone. The last time I stayed he knocked on my door . I was freaked out by the situation and told my boyfriend. My boyfriend asked him to not knock on the door . They both got into a heated argument. This was very unprofessional.

Great price but you get what you pay for!

Price

Desk person was ice cold. No smile nothing. Never at desk always had to wait. Told us they put coffee out at 5:30am and at 6 am still nothing and no one at desk.

Rooms were clean, some were outdated but still clean, area was nice.

Grab and go breakfast, would be nice if it was a mini breakfast bar at least, or had more options rather than just a muffin , oatmeal, or granola bars.

Superb

Checkin was very friendly and thorough and the front desk called after a few hours to make sure all was fine.

I had to leave a day early because of no sleep: dogs across the hall yelped from 8 p.m. to midnight and the room above had stompers in concrete boots constanttly walking around from 4 p.m. until midnight, and intermittently the rest of the night. No fault of the hotel, just inconsiderate people.

A Not so Warm Breakfast

The location was good for the trip in regards to our driving back home from being in the Maryland area. The room was comfortable for the price. The room had a good clean feel and look. However the curtain were not hung properly and the decor lack and needs updated.

The continental breakfast was not feasible or appropriate for your establishment. There was no hot food like eggs, oatmeal, biscuits, etc. There was no hot coffee or hot water. The breakfast area was tooo little, not appetizing and no real FOOOD! The breakfast lack any nutritional value for myself or husband whom paid. Please try to upgarde your free Continental breakfast for customers to at least have a mini muffin, hot coffee/tea, and fresh fruit, or a little cereal to go.

You get what you pay for in this instance. We stayed there because it was pet friendly.

The hotel needs updating.

I didn’t really feel safe. Our toilet was broken. I think the price point attracted the 420 friendly crowd! The breakfast was just coffee, granola bars and oatmeal packets.

Last choice for a hotel.

The bath/tub was very good for handicap accessibility. The refrigerator and microwave worked.

Description stated dines and utensils were in the room. Nope! The mattresses were very soft and uncomfortable. The grab & go meal was coffee, muffin (no butter),chocolate chip/peanut butter cookies. No juices. A real disappointment.

they didn’t replace the towels when we were told to put them outside the door and they would be replaced. so we had no towels for the next day . There was no staff when we returned to get the towels from.

My stay suited my needs -- was convenient and quiet.

The location is very convenient. The rooms are also very quiet.

The refrigerator was pretty beat up. It worked, but the handles were broken and it looked pretty shabby.

Still it was a pleasant enough stay, w last minute reservation. Staff especially made it good !

Staff was excellent for what they had to work with; bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable. Building was quiet, good for sleeping.

Facility is run down in general, rugs, paint etc. Parking lot was full in the front with too many pick up trucks taking up extra spaces. Alone, I didn't want to park in the rear. No breakfast as promised on line ! Just granola bars and coffee in the hall, and coffee was removed at 9:30 am , not available anytime after. No coffee maker in the room, but was told when I was leaving that I could have asked for one. ? Perhaps offer plasticware, paper napkins if needed, or put 1-2 sets in the room?

It was clean!

The Staff isn’t friendly at all with my color, but was very friendly with the other color. I checked in my room and it wasn’t no towels, thank god I had my own! They give me one towel. The next day I put out the laundry n didn’t get it back until 6pm. So once again I’m glad I had my own! I meet one Friendly Staff and her was CoCo.
