I liked the cleanliness, location and bed and pull out couch. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodated our needs.

Housekeeping could have done a better job cleaning up the room and the temperature of the room was very warm.

Location is fairly good for access to city and DFW.

Can’t think of anything that was poor based upon the room price.

Wasn't very clean

The check in lady was kind. And The door had three locks on it.

Keys didn’t work. Constant surveillance and cops or security type folks running around. I get that this place isn’t the four seasons. But the 3 locks one of which locked us in and we couldn’t get out for a while, the security, the roaches, the phones that don’t work, the yelling and condescending way I was spoken to at checkout…. And my cat, who is still traumatized by the sounds of the freeway making her begin to chew through her carrier and attack me when trying to pick her up all while the guy with the cart just stood there staring not realizing standing there in the doorway with 90decible cars were scaring her will haunt me for some time. She won’t even let me put her in the carrier when before she would go in it to sleep. won’t be back.

The staff was friendly and cooperative. We booked it because of the distance to Love Field airport. They gave us a key to the wrong room but we're very apologetic and upgraded us to a multi-room suite.

They were training a couple of people and we ended up getting a room key to an occupied room. There were no remotes to the TVs when we got to the room. There was no telephone in the room and everything looked like it needed repair and was very outdated.

Looks sketchy but it’s not a terrible neighborhood.

It’s over priced for what it is. 50$ room at best. Immediately slotted a couple of roaches on third floor room. Towels need to be washed more vigorously with detergent.
