Away from the road granting privacy. Beds are comfortable. Air works well. Microwave and refrigerator (no ice overload in freezer as in some hotels). The convenience of a writing desk and working space if you're doing business. lots of outlets. If you forget soap/shampoo, there's dispensers. You can help when needed from the front desk.
Clerk apparently lives on property so he goes to his room frequently, so you have to call him to the front often--but he's good spirited! No iron/board.

It had a bed, thank God we brung our own pillows.
Tub had mold or dirt around the edges, AC cut off and on all night, seen 3 homeless or drug addicts wondering the parking lot on 3 different occasions, got up at 8am doors locked no free coffee, manager said I could have saved $10 if i would have booked through them instead of booking.com.
