The property needs better maintaining.

I liked the convenience of the location.

The stairs were unkept and feel as if they’d collapse any second. My room was not clean in the bathroom and bedding was stained.

Worst accommodations have ever stayed-at in my life. Cleanliness so bad that feared for health.

Staff friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked very well.

Room was dirty and disgusting -- pubic hair in shower, toilet filthy, tooth paste clump in sink, bottle in trash-can, floor unswept/unvacuumed, chair at table/desk was covered in stains and crumbs, dead fly, some kind of dead bug on top of shelf by bathroom counter, etc, etc, etc, . . . Took pics to documents all. Overall, property itself, and furniture in room, were extremely run-down. Existing repairs and repaints in the room were shoddy.

The location

The room was dirty. The tub didn't drain the water out. The tub was dirty. No microwave or refrigerator. Dogs on property. Just nasty really. Had to heaty food up downstairs.

Very nice bed size. Comfortable heating and cooling systems.

Could have been cleaned a bit more throughout. Had to put down $50 deposit that still has not been returned, though I booked online.

I like the convenience

When we left out for work came back ALL OUR BELONGINGS WAS MISSING! The room was cleaned as if it hasn’t been rented to us. The management was very rude and didn’t have any explanation about our belongings. Call the cops they said it happens quite often with people things come missing. This was awful!

The entire hotel should be shut down and remodeled. It's NASTY!!!!

I did not like anything about the hotel. My bathroom ceiling started leaking because the room above me flooded the toilet. Then they moved me to a different room and moved the same guy overtop of me and he blasted music at club volume till 2a.m.

The rooms were pooly kept. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses were so old they had dips in them. Stains on the walls, half cleaned bathrooms, dirty towels look like they were re using the sheets and towels without washing them. Smelled terrible. Not all the staff speak English so they didn't know what you were asking for.

At checkout. Front desk refused to give me a receipt. She insisted that my receipt comes from booking.com . I showed her multiple previous receipts from that red roof. She still refused.
