Free use of washing machine, welcoming wine, jam and water bottles, amenities in the bathroom, drying lines at the balcony, hair dryer, location was great and overall moving in and out was easy. Very helpful on the phone too. Single use flip-flops available.
Slightly smelly, soundproofing was so and so. We could hear the door from the ground floor anytime someone would enter the building, but not other tenants. The balcony was opening to the room across, therefore no privacy with open curtains. The a/c was good but audible too. There wasn't any good knife in the kitchen. All lights were bright white, even the bedside lamps, not nice.

Welocoming touch was nice.
The room smelled cheap cleaning chemicals with very strong smell. No windows.
