Never got to stay because you didn't inform me that they don't take cash, which is always how I pay, so we didn't get to stay. So at last minute had to find other accommodations. So the way I see it, you owe me big time.

It smelled

The entire hotel smelled like pot and people were always smoking pot in the parking lot

Location was good for my work, however, the lack of kitchen amenities and small TV was disappointing

Room was pretty clean upon arrival. Room was fairly roomy. The reclining chair was comfortable for watching TV.

The website and a stand up flag says the kitchen is fully loaded. Upon arrival there was absolutely nothing (no plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans, nothing). I called the front desk and the attendant said you have to ask for them, but she did not have anything available currently. I said you shouldn't advertise it on your website or in the room then, should you. She said "yeah" and left it at that. That's my main complaint. The TV's are very small and the free wifi doesn't stream content very well.

It was a dry place to stay near the mall

Guests allowed children to run in halls, room was not properly cleaned or stocked as advertised. Staff did not disclose amenities. food was stale. Dog crap in abundance outside. Food on floor outside of elevator for our entire stay.

slept good matress was just right.

location was ok. breakfast not much to it. chewy bars, oatmeal and a muffin. coffee and hot chocolate, no choice for tea.

sink, bathtub and kitchen sink needed to be cleaned. an iron for ironing clothes.

Unsanitary and not worth paying for at all to clean my own room.

Location. Only good thing about the room was the somewhat clean shower.

Filthy room with unwiped furniture and unvacuumed floors. Garbage and peanuts on floor. Blood stain on floor. White stains on brown bedsheets. Stains on Curtains. Fridge is cheap, broken and has stains around it on the floor.

A waste of money

Never got any breakfast because by 8:30 am it was all gone and there was nobody at the front desk to tell me anything or give me a plate or tell me why. Their were people yelling out side and a crying baby next door. I think you understand what the stay was like.

Location

The clerk didn't recognize Booking, so I had to pay another 332 to get my room. It was eventually reimbursed, but very frustrating. I don't know if the fault lies on your end or theirs.

Pleasant but disappointed

The room itself was the only thing good. Very quiet and perfect just for sleeping and watching TV.

I asked about a coffee maker for our room and was told to go back later to ask for one and there is "free" coffee but I get up early and like to drink coffee out of bed! Halls smell like cigarettes! You have to take your own garbage out. You don't get plates, silverware or cookware unless you ask for it and even than the staff didn't seem to care.

Bathroom had no fan. Bathtub was very dangerous and slippery. No washcloths. Very small TV's. Room smelled

great stay for a night with a sexy woman

breakfast substandard, but ONLY due to the pandemic. Once the COVID-19 rules are gone, i believe the problem will be corrected. Have more eggs, bacon and sausage

Professional staff, things just ran more cleanly and professionally.

Staff more professional than the last round of mgt/staff (2019-2020), ANd the rooms seem a bit upgraded, AND less sleazy people coming in and out, slamming doors, breaking (smoking) rules. I had a better stay than 2019-2020.

room doors close (SLAM) too hard. they need to do something to make the doors close more quietly! we all have different sleep hours.
