The staff was very helpful and usually pleasant. My room was usually cool from the air conditioning in it, which was a relief from the heat of Houston in summer. Its proximity to major attractions was also a plus, and a supermarket just about 3 minutes away. The laundry service is also quite efficient.
The hot water in the bathroom was hardly ever present, and the room was filled with cockroaches even after the pest control team visited.
