Las comunicaciones con las vías rápidas de Houston, el parking, el tamaño de la habitación, el tamaño de la cama, el personal fue muy amable. Puedes hacer el check-in durante la noche, lo que nos salvó!

Las instalaciones están viejas y no del todo cuidadas, el baño está viejo, las cortinas todas gastadas, había reparaciones en la moqueta del pasillo, el internet era inestable (incluso pagando). En coche bien, pero no iría andando por el barrio. Para llegar al dowtown puedes tardar media hora en coche, aunque lo normal son 15 minutos. Había algunos inquilinos ruidosos. El hotel necesita una renovación completa. Pero es barato.

The breakfast was okay, if you wanted a quick cup of coffee. The bars were stale as were the muffins.

Everything, except for the pleasant front desk staff.

It was a lovely stay and will choose Extended Stay America if i visit again.

I liked the location. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The room, kitchen and utensils were very okay.

I wish there was a meeting point where guest will meet each other and get to know each other as the are staying at the facility.

Good experience overall. Definitely get what you pay for.

I liked how friendly the staff was and the amazing location. I also loved how safe we felt because you had to have a key to enter

I didn’t like that there was dog poop on the floor of my room when we arrived along with an additional stinky smell every time we entered the hallway and room.

Great location and easy access.

The 'breakfast included' is a myth, there is no breakfast. There are cooking facilities in the room but not a single utencil, pot pan or cup available.

Very nice and helpful staff.

Stuffy, dark room. No room cleaning during trip. You had to take out your own trash. When I arrived there was no rolling cart. I had to wait 45 minutes for another guest to return a cart before I could go up to my room. They’re severely understaffed.

The room i had booked originally had seem to flood out and nobody contacted me to let me know , so they put us in a king bedroom suit and it was just overall uncomfortable for me and my whole family to be sharing one bed and i was also told that i could call booking to see if i could get at least 10 dollars refunded back to me cuz they price couldn’t be adjusted for whatever accommodations they had to give me

NEVER refferring or coming back here ever again.

I loved that property was in the middle of downtown and how close everything was to it.

I hated that the staff were very ghetto, upon arrival I stood at the desk for 3 minutes before even being greeted. reason being is because the staff at the desk were gossiping about something, while me and my fiancé were standing there waiting on them to finish. Once they were done talking then they proceeded onto check us in, but the tone was very unpleasant. The room we had (405) had stained bathroom counters and the sink, which looked like dry blood, we only had two sheets to cover with in the bed. Everything about the hotel was horrible and outdated

I was charged twice the hotels mistake..and still waiting my refund.Although I already payed with booking.com.Thechotel stated to never use booking.com they have poor se6anr problems with them all the time

The exterior of the building looks nice, bur inside of the building and in the rooms, it definitely has not the same lev

the is an abyssal difference between the external part of the building - looking very new and updated - to the inside of the rooms - broken, old, poorly kept. Broken switches, counters and table tops with damages, old stained carpet. That was remarkable. I never saw such a difference between the exterior and interior of an accommodation. I was basically disappointed with the room. Since it was a one night stay, I stayed. I f needed to stay more nights I would definitely not stay there.

Don’t like fault advertising something’s that don’t have !!!

Before I book the hotel, they said breakfast included, but when I checked in and ask for breakfast they said no breakfast, they should return part of money back to me for something promising that they don’t have !!!

Room have nothing basic stuff I.e plastic cup and others ,,

Not good and very disappointing.

Great location

Didn't have the king room available that was supposedly reserved. Tub and sick were disgusting. There were No dishes available for the kitchen, like none. Elevator was out the entire visit so I had to carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs 🙃

nothing the stay was terrible

i was given a room with nasty bloody sheets. my room was never service but once and I was there for 4 days the front service was terrible and they don’t know how to talk to people
