I arrived late and left early, but the young lady in the phone was so friendly, and explain the late check-in process clearly. The key and check-in document was exactly where it should’ve been and easily removed. The room was warm, lit and inviting. This is my first day at the sportsman Lodge and every time I feel like I’m “coming home.” I look forward to another day in the future!

Staff at bar/restaurant very friendly, great service, food was very good.

Rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade, replace shower head, updated mattress and bedding and air conditioning, our front window was broken with a little note saying dont open (fix it) upgrade tv to a smart tv, majority of people have Netflix or similar accounts. Add more power options for charging USB devices. More designated parking for paying guests, bar/restaurant patrons park wherever they want making parking for hotel parking difficult.
