Roaches Roaches Yes roach bugs .

The ac unit that’s all literally . It got nice and cold!

Roach bugs in the bathroom in the tub. No phone in the room.

My sister and I had a non smoking room, and our room still smelled like smoke, it was really hard to get the smell out of suitcase..

I want ever book this hotel to stay ever again!

I like the location because it was convenient to nearby shopping centers.

I didn’t like when I arrived people were outside like this hotel was the extended stay. I didn’t like that after a certain time a representative isn’t at the front desk at night so I couldn’t get clean towels. You have to dial 500 for someone to answer but they don’t answer. They allow pets at this facility. The carpet was dirty and there was a bug in the shower. The water wasn’t hot, it was loop warm. The water in the sink was hotter than the shower water. The fact you have to sign out an iron instead of it being in the room. I never been to a hotel that doesn’t have an iron in the room. The room was small and the bed as well for it to have been a queen. This was a horrible stay for me because I was from out of town and I expected better. This was not a good look. I hope this helps someone who is looking to book a reasonable price for a room this hotel is not worth your dollars!

convenient

there’s a $150 deposit not mentioned when you book it that takes 3-5 to be reimbursed. I was not impressed at all with the room, especially if they charge a deposit when there were missing popcorn on the ceiling, and the Sheetrock around the shower had a lot of water damage.

Superb

Room was clean and staff very courteous and helpful.

Last night door lock had a problem; but the night attendant, finally, got it to unlock and let me in. Beds are too high for us that are height challenged. This is becoming more and more a challenge...shouldn't have to use a chair to get into bed in my opinion.

the location

when I checked in had to wait 30 mins for them to clean a room. Left came back the checked me in to a dirty room. then I came back to the front desk then the change my room. During my stay had to sleep with the lights on because of roaches

we were there for a purpose and you had a bed and shower

no breakfast available not even coffee

bathroom dirty. Floor, sink, and toilet seat. Soap broken so when opened crumbs went all over floor. bathroom sink handle dirty and sink cracked water was hot that was a plus. marijuana smell in 1st floor hall. Never told about deposit and now you are holding for 3-5 days. We are not rowdy college people and I guess we should have expected it for such a cheap rate. But cheap doesn't mean dirty.

disappointing

Location was convenient to transportation. Room was comfortable

Facility botched our reservation and double booked our room leaving us waiting for 1.5 hours at 1am while they tried to figure it out. Eventually they "cleaned" a room for us so we could go to bed at 2am. No breakfast, and no "discount" for our troubles and inconvenience. Very disatisfied.

Nothing but would like my money back

Staff was horrible and the facility was a mess, stinking, and just horrible. I got up for work and people sleep in the front door way. I get off work and a letter on my door saying no water to bathe and no clean bath rags when we asked.

Horrible!

Absolutely nothing! As a matter of fact we would’ve left if we hadn’t prepaid, & there was a big cheer/dance competition in town that weekend so there was nothing else available!

Well we had to wait outside of a locked door just to check-in, roaches, bad smoke smelling room, the bathtub was filthy, mildew, big stains all over the carpet, & the mattresses were too small for the bed frames. The man that finally came to the desk was very shady looking and had kids running from his room to the desk area. He tried to get us to run our card again even though we had already paid! Also, the next morning we had to slide our key under the check-in door because they didn’t open until 9:00 am! This was rather concerning since we wanted to make sure we got back our $100 deposit just because we used booking.com. They don’t tell you when you book but they charge you a $100 security fee then credit it. They don’t just take your card info they actually charge it. This seemed more like a low income apartment building than a hotel! People all in hallways and outside drinking. The parking lot was filthy with people standing all around. I would’ve rather slept in my car all night to be honest!
