Everything very quiet n peaceful and clean and nice

Wifis kinda slow depending on what floor your on

Nothing was wrong

The price it was clean and quiet when I got moved to the top floor with no one above me

The floors are weak because I could hear the upstairs people every time they walked around or opened/closed the door. I could also hear the neighbors when they were throwing their Easter fiesta.

On the 2nd day I was to move to 3rd floor smoking room. Plus the TV worked in this room.

From the time I checked in until the second day when I moved to the third floor the TV never worked. The girl at the front desk all day but she was very helpful and very busy to retrieve a HDMI cord which was stolen from the previous person in the room. The floor in the room constantly stayed wet no matter what you did it just constantly stayed wet. The shower in the second room on the third floor was awful but the one in the first room we had was awesome it had great power and great hot water pressure. I did not like the fact that there was not an ice machine I hated that. And I was also looking for housekeeping to come and at least give me clean towels and clean sheets or at least clean towels I mean nobody wants to wash their ass everyday with the same towel. I also did not like the fact that I was not at least offered a complimentary room or a discount while staying there I stayed 4 days and was offered no kind of discount or no complimentary room whatsoever. I personally used to run a Marriott and we used to give out discounts all the time and make it right by the customer and they were always right no matter what the situation is I've also been a housekeeping manager so no matter what the issue is you make the issue right. I do however like the fact that you do have full size refrigerators with a mini kitchen where you're able to access what you want to cook but I think you should also at least make it accessible with that pot and a skillet because some people traveling don't have access to that with them all times at least silverware pot skillet a towel holder just the main essentials for kitchen if you're going to access and charge for a sheet and a towel at least offer that for a kitchen so they're able to cook that would be a great idea. I do think McKayla at the front desk was a really great host front desk court she worked with us on accommodating us on checkout she did a wonderful job and we really appreciate her.
