The elevator was broken entire time . Had to room keys and out of 10 days the keys only worked 3 full days.The other 7 days,we had to keep walking up and down 3 flights of stairs at least twice after going up the stairs not being able to get in the room.They wouldn’t let my girl in the room when her key stopped working.

The location
The booking was for a queen size room and the bed was full size. I brought this up to the desk clerk who said it was a queen which is definitely not true. The bed also felt like it was going to fall apart from how loose the legs were. There was no shampoo or conditioner for the shower, and there was no safe in the room.
