There were roaches and an awful smell throughout the entire building.

Nothing! The carpet was dirty, it had stains all over it! There was roaches EVERYWHERE, the outlets were coming out of the wall, there were so many chips of paint coming off the walls, the toilet was dirty, the sink was disgusting. The bed was uncomfortable. Overall the room was disgusting!

Housekeeping was extremely friendly!! I believe they were short staffed but the staff they did have at the front desk usually where is helpful as they could be considering the lack of management or whatever the issue is I'm not sure

That I was charged twice and booking.com payment was pending until the 8th and we checked in on the 3rd as when I had to pay again because they said it wasn't working. It was extremely different than any extended stay I have ever stayed at in my life! You had to ask for everything and exchange it out like towels for instance I asked for a clean mattress cover and clean linen that I would do it myself I received some extra sheets and blankets which my children had to use for the pull out bed in the couch which was almost not even useful cuz it was in so poor condition. Some of the pillows did not have pillow protectors and the ones that did you could smell they had that they have not been cleaned well I wasn't trying to be a horrible guest I just wanted it to be clean and feel safe and sanitary my kids as well and I just hope that it was because they were short-staffed but still the location is only 10 years old and it is bad we got a non-smoking room there was burn holes in the carpet it was nasty things were Rusty dirty stained the mattress

Well, this was the worst weekend stay for me. For one, the key to the room kept deactivating, 2, the tv was soooo dark we could barley see programs, the rooms are very DATED, y'all need to do some remodeling, and the worst part, one of the guest decided they could "smoke" in their room, so of course, the fire alarm went off, the hall was filled with the smell of...... needless to say, I did not sleep well. But I do give credit to staff they were very polite , and pleasant, and just as annoyed at the individuals as ALL of us that had to stand outside when we were already in the bed for the night.
