It was a excellent hotel as the outside pool and the area was clean and nice and stayed open until 11pm and open at 8am my 7year old love that she got to night swim and day swim it's not far from Holiday world splash and safari, at all where we was visiting twice. The staff was very nice,helpful,kind,caring. The breakfast was hot; amazing good selection and the coffee was amazing different creamers which is a plus for me lol the juice tasted like juice the breakfast bar stayed open so every guest could get even after the hours very respectful of them. I will be staying again here, the price was reasonable as well. Only downfall is bring your own pillows cause very uncomfortable pillows the bed was amazing sleeping on a cloud but I threw every pillow in the ground so uncomfortable 😣 slept better no toss or turn just laying my head in the mattress it was sleeping on a ☁️. Besides that it was an amazing hotel and amazing stay and trip. The staff was very nice, respectful,kind,caring. I recommend this hotel!!

The pillows as bring your own pillows as they had no washcloths in bathroom and the bathtub was chipping but besides those small things it was a excellent hotel and stay.

Did not get the room I reserved. The king room was full of pot smell when I entered. No other king room was available. No discount offered. Smell Of pot constantly in hallway. Complaints went unanswered . Had ants in the bathroom sink. Lots of ants. I killed them. Went to the desk to report but the clerk was too busy to address me. Wouldn’t look up from computer even after eye contact. I told him I had an ant problem he just nodded. I had bug spray in my bag so took care of it myself. Cleaning lady was great! Very pleasant and did good job. My stay was for a week. Found another place to stay for the coming weeks.

Very good

The beds were comfortable. The pillows are very tiny. The staff was amazing. Customer service was on point no matter what little we did need.

Cleaning could have been a tad bit better.

I loved my stay. Staff was very friendly and facility very cleaned. The location is amazing. You have all the shopping center, restaurants even the Mall nearby.

Ok for the price

The price was good. You get what you pay for.

The hotel feels like it's out of the 80s and just been renovated a little bit. The room was moderately clean, but the carpet was on of the ones you didn't want to be on. The breakfast was just ok - about half way to being a nice warm breakfast.

Affordable 1 night stay

It is a very nice place and the price is affordable. The breakfast was good.

There was a smell, not sure what it was. I felt a little hurried by the cleaning staff. We left well before the checkout time, but, they asked if we were checking out everytime we walked down the hall

I was disappointed.

The bed was comfortable. Was quiet.

The toilet tank had to have the lever pushed manually for it to fill. There was spider webs on the bathroom ceiling. There was dried liquid splashed on the wall behind the bed. The bathtub was flaking. Poor water pressure.

Very clean, breakfast is hot and the the people are very nice. Pete the manager is a great guy and the front desk guy Kevin is a very nice and welcoming guy..

There's really nothing bad I can say about Howard Johnson it's a great hotel!

I was not completely comfortable staying there because of cleanliness

bed was comfortable but was constantly worried about bed bugs since someone from our group found them in there room.

everything stained and appeared dirty. carpet, furniture and tub were stained. water pressure was horrible as well. my daughter was afraid to walk bare footed anywhere in the room.
