It was clean and the all the staff was very friendly.

No complaints at all .

The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. I actually really liked the room. The shower was very hot and I love love love a hot shower so I am thankful for that! The breakfast was a small area but for the size it had a good selection. And the dinnerware was cute and not your typical disposable plates. I kinda liked that. The Greek yogurt with the fruit compote was a very welcome and different option.

Well, I did not stay there for pleasure. I have to drive into the city for work and due to the ice storm, I needed a place stay in the day as I worked nights. Keeping in mind that I had to pay for two nights just to sleep from 8am-5pm, it was really not appropriate for the staff to say when I was checking in that they HOPE there is a room for me. At 8am when I just worked a whole night shift and just drove on ice to get there, I didn't find that statement very comforting! Some statements you THINK but do not SAY aloud. Then when I got to my room and noticed it was literally right next to the elevators, I was very upset. The front desk staff knew I was there just to sleep for my night shift and having a room right next to the elevators does not equal a good day sleep. AND the air conditioner units were on a roof right outside my window? NOT helpful especially when I was there ONLY to sleep. Now, I understand maybe this was the ONLY room choice? I wouldn't know because they assigned me this room and never mentioned that they had no other options for me and maybe apologize for that? They however was polite and very cordial.
