If you don't mind looking at construction going on at hotel, its ok to stay here.

The Room A/C was working! Beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!

The front of the building was not accesible due to construction going on. Lobby A/C NOT working. 1 elevator was out.

The worst reservation I made through the hotel. The hotel lied about the reservation and gave me a different reservation and the full amount was deducted

Perfect affordable stay

I have stayed here repeatedly! The location is super central/easy access in Dallas. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable.

I wish it had covered parking.

I expected a better experience for the name and the price.

The room wouldn't get cool all night until the early morning. There wasn't a 24 hour restaurant as advertised. There also wasn't any notification of renovations being done either.

Bed was very comfortable.

No pool when we arrived. Only 1 elevator was working.

There were other customers smoking marjana in their rooms. And being loud all hours of the night and i had 4 children tryin to sleep!

Discouraged TV

Room was a very good size for our family of 4

Thought pool would be open already with weather being fair for the kiddos but was still locked. Also there was a gentleman at the entrance side towards the back parking lot washing/detailing his car with a whole bucket and sponge smh. Other then that it was decent. Probably will not use again.

I enjoyed my brief stay and found the staff very helpful and kind

The room layout was quite spacious with comfortable furniture. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the hot breakfast. There was enough choice.

TV location does not allow you to watch if you are not sitting on the bed this is a minor thing though but I kind of thought it would be good to have it where you can seat elsewhere and still be able to watch.

Perfect!

Clean and large rooms. The sitting area and TV were perfect. The bed was comfortable.

A few mornings, the breakfast was not out until 10am as they had said.

Passable

The staff was great, one elevator which made it hard to bring everything up 6 flights of stairs. The shower head had mildew on it. The light in the bathroom is very dim. The room was okay. I will day renovation is needed. The tv only worked on one channel. But overall at the bed was comfortable.
