Avoid this hotel!!!

The lady at the front desk was nice.

The rooms were filthy. Our first room was not cleaned in the slightest. She checked us in to a room that had dirt on the tables, cigarette ashes on the sink in the bathroom, smudged mirrors, black stuff on the side of the box springs, uncleaned microwave and refrigerator, and worst of all.. a USED CONDOM on the lamp shade. After complaining to the receptionist, she moved us to another room, which was decent, but still made me feel uneasy about the whole stay altogether. I called customer service and they offered only $20 off of our stay cost. I'll never be back to this hotel, and will definitely tell everyone to avoid it at all costs.

Disappointing

Good location

A large loud dog across the hall and the occupants of that room kept the door open always with people coming and going. Got the feeling bad deals go down here.

OK property. "In the room" kitchen facilities would be a real bonus for longer stays.

Comfortable room. Unexpectedly comprehensive kitchen facility. Great Mexican restaurant across the parking lot.

Though not the fault of the property, incredible street noise from about 11PM to 1AM. Was a Saturday night. Sounded like street racing. And our room did not face the street (a main thoroughfare - U.S. 60). The "breakfast" was really minimal.

It is an okay place to stay if you are in a pinch and need a room

The front desk staff and kitchen staff was super friendly and nice.

There was a roach in the bathroom. No smoking room that smelt like cigarettes whenever we turned off the air conditioner. No blanket on bed, just two top sheets and tiny flat uncomfortable pillows. Other guest were loud in the halls very late at night (around 1-2 in the morning).

Superb

We're on our way to western Kentucky to help rebuild houses for the victims of the tornado from December 2021. It's close to the highway on our trip. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good.

There was no ice. None of the ice machines were working. I like to have ice water since the water doesn't taste very good. I like to let the ice melt and drink that water. There was a lot of noise, like a party in the hall around 2 AM. I know the staff couldn't help that, but it was very annoying and then I couldn't get back to sleep.

Very handy for Huntington/Barboursville

Very comfortable bed and good bath. Quiet though very near highway. Friendly people.

Room was very poorly cleaned. Broken glass in corner behind chair! Pool not open (Booking.com said it was!). Breakfast limited.

We will not be staying here again. Staff was rude and we shouldn’t have to change our own bedding because of blood stain

Beading had blood stains on it and when we called to get new bedding, we were told come down to the front desk to get new bedding.

Did not receive what we booked.

We booked a handicap accessible shower room and it was confirmed by BW and Booking.com. When we checked in at midnight, it was not handicap accessible. It had regular bathtub and shower which was extremely hard to use.

No internet no room

Nothing

They wouldn't let us get our room even though it was already paid for out of our account. The Internet was down so they made us wait for two hours before basically saying go home cuz you're not staying here. I'll write your name down and refund your stay. But we didn't get our refund they are acting like we cancelled our trip and just decided to go back home to the dark on own. Super frustrating

Carol at the front desk was extremely sweet & helpful.

There were numerous water stains on tbe ceiling in both the rhe bedroom areas and the bathroom. Very unsightly . And tv remote was broken

Our room was in horrible condition

Didn’t eat the breakfast and the location was central to where we were going.

The initial room had drawers that were falling off, no bed skirt on the box spring or even covered and horrible black mold in the bathroom. There were punch holes in the bathroom door and by the front door.
