There were a few staff members who were very helpful, there was a gentleman who offered to help with my luggage. The overnight staff also gave me a spare key when I locked mine in the room. I like the full size refrigerator and the kitchen areas.
I have stayed there twice before. The side door has been broken since the last time I was there 2 years ago so you can't use the key card. The front desk person was short with me when I asked about having our rooms on the same floor, simple request. Then I was told it would be extra for a spare key. I will not be going back to that location, I stayed at the one in Toledo and it was much nicer.
