The Staff there was great. They are really caring people.

The staff was incredibly supportive and compassionate. I appreciated this because my Mom was in the hospital in Denver.

The staff does an excellent job with interchanges with customers. They are friendly and attentive to our needs. If you have a west facing room the view is spectacular. Food availability is good from fast food to medium quality dining.
The fact that the city of Greenwood Village only allows a stay of 30 days.

I was too tired to go somewhere else but checked out asap. Bed was comfortable for a nap before moving elsewhere. Did not have bedbugs.
Did not get handicap accessible room as expected. Put on 5th floor not first floor. Lobby did not feel safe with drug activity suspected.
