Didn’t stay at property to like anything!

On 4/20/24 I made a booking, 5 minutes later I called the property to let them know I would be arriving and Johnathan the hotel clerk stated property was booked and I needed to find another hotel to stay. This was an inconvenience and he assured me it was a simple fix calling booking and they’ll confirm with him and my money will be refunded. When I called booking they called twice and wasn’t able to reach him( 10 minutes after talking with him) and said I would need to call again in the morning. This is occurring while on vacation, that morning I called booking again couldn’t reach property. They said call would be routed and some one will reach out in 48 hrs. 72 hours later I called and they said still couldn’t reach property to send screenshots where my card was charged and in 10 days a refund will be issued. Its been 14 days and still no refund, I called booking today and the agent says she has to contact property after already explaining to her they haven’t had contact serval times and I’m checking on the status of my refund. She still has me on hold for 15 minutes now calling property. This is bad business and terrible customer service, it took two seconds to charge my card but a month for a refund?!? That’s Ludacris and I want my money back now and I’ll never use or recommend this company.

They accepted a booking request without rooms so i went there and waited one hour to get nothing.

I will never stay here ever again.

MIght as well have been nothing. If I was starving, and I wasn't able to walk to the Walgreens 3 minutes from the hotel, it would suffice. Nothing to write home about. One morning, there was no coffee set up.

The trash wasn't emptied outside my door for 4 days. It was hot garbage, attracting flies, and I could smell it from my room. The AC was moldy and put a smell out throughout the room. The outlets were loose from the sheetrock in the wall. The electrical would not pass code. The lighting was exposed fluorescent bulbs, like a prison. There were light switches that did not work.

Fine resonable price and location, but bugs tarnish the overall stay.

The location is optimal with lots of restaurants and pharmacy/ highways and gas nearby. It is between Love Field and DFW International, so for me going and coming from both, it works good for location. The bed was comfy, and overall it was quiet.

However, there were cockroaches, and possibly other bugs, but I crushed three roaches while there and woke up twice feeling itchy. This kind of soured me on the rest. Also, you need to "check out" silverware and bowls as there are no settings or pots in the kitchenette. There was also a smear of paint (or something) on the bathroom socket.

This place is unworthy of booking.com and should be avoided by travelers.

Although advertised as including breakfast, there was no breakfast or place to eat breakfast

This place shouldn’t be used through booking.com. The room smelled of cigarettes, there was no extra toilet paper, there were no plastic drinking cups in the room, and the staff didn’t seem to care about customer service. Also, see comment above concerning lack of breakfast.

Was not bad for the price.....but....

Room was decent for the price. Kitchenette was useful. Had plenty of space so I didn't feel confined. Location was perfect. Staff was very kind and helpful during my stay.

Didn't have any cookware so I had to buy some. "Neighbors" were loud and constantly slammed doors through the night. One repeatedly set off their car alarm all day. Had to buy some clorox wipes to touch up the cleaning in bathroom and kitchen. Biggest complaint was the checkout process. Checked out a day early. Had to do it over the phone because of their COVID policies. Never got a final receipt even after calling 3 times. Waiting to see if I was still charged for the night I didn't stay.

It was a place that you got what you paid for

Location was good and friendly staff.

Most of the lamps in the room did not work. The tv signal was very spotty. Our room door did not close correctly and could be opened by simply pushing on it from the outside. Due to that reason we could not leave the room someone had to stay behind in the room to make sure no one got in it. Bathtub was peeling.

My stay at Extended Stay America

The bed is very comfortable. I also love the space. Also the stuff was amazing. They are nice and was helpful when needed. The room was clean. I love the area, was close to multiple food places. All together I love my stay and will come back again.

There was absolutely nothing i didn't like. I love my time here. I will come back, and also tell other's.
