Seemed dated and carpets looked worn and stained, room was very small.

Ideally located, rooms were nice and spacious and the check in was easy

The parking was free. The staff was very kind. The beds were quite comfortable.
The shower was moldy, both pink and green mold throughout. The water pressure was also not good. No fan in the bathroom, the choice to not have a closed sealed door meant someone doing their business reached two of the five senses.
