it was ok, but not the best stay.

sleep ok in the beds, but it was cold and bed didn’t have but two sheets on it and no blanket. 😟

No blankets on bed and I trash still in room that room supposedly been cleaned. 😑

other then the dead bugs out stay was good.

the location was perfect.

All in all the room was great. The only complaint was the dead bugs that were in the room. one under the bed and one by the table by the door.

I’ve learned to do a little more research prior to booking a hotel.

The property was located near town and in a central location where we visited.

The fact that breakfast is advertised and their is nothing but small muffins is wrong.

Close to everything, minutes from SFA. Pillows were so soft, beds comfortable. Decent enough to stay in.

They didn't have the a/c turned on before we came in. Come on this isTX! Low on towels, to many bugs in pool. Also they need to update and let guests know that they don't have hot breakfast. Only muffins and granola bars.

Good location surrounding by pretty much everything

Ok luckily we were around other food establishment

Fix the entrance of the doors to the rooms we almost tripped everytime coming in over that metal bar

hot and dirty.

the location is the only thing about this property that keeps it open.

the pictures are definitely misleading and inaccurate. the floors were dirty the sheets were stained. the paint was chipping and it was very dated. the ac hadn’t been I’m in days and it was at least 90 degrees when we opened the door. we had driven over three hours and could not get any rest because it was so hot in the room. it didn’t cool down until almost 4 am. it was affordable and good location, that is the only good thing there is to say. there was literally a painting stolen off the wall with the dirt outline still there.

Great Location

Bed was comfortable. Close to SFA. Friendly Pool was amazing chlorine was just right.

Cleanliness was somewhat questionable. it was clean just not detailed cleaned. floors were a little gritty. Lack of breakfast options was disappointing.

The service from the maids they were very friendly and fun. The beds were clean

The breakfast was very meager. Especially since we had a family member who does not tolerate sugar there were 2 things to choose from bar or muffin. Not a usually breakfast. There were dead bugs in our room. There was no coffee maker in the room as described. After request for iron and ironing board we got it although the self should be in the room.

Overall our stay was decent and comfortable enough.

The staff was very friendly and the AC was very cold.

The pool was closed for maintenance when we were there, that was a little disappointing considering when I was booking I was looking for a pool. Our room could have been much cleaner. The sliding door for the bathroom was covered in handprints of dirt.

Pool was nice..location was nice.

Floors very dirty...bottom of my feet were black. Room looked like it was in the process of being updated. Huge stain on couch...looked like blood.

Enjoyed my stay and will stay again. This is my go to place to stay when I travel to Nacogdoches.

It was easy to find. Looked clean.
